Mezonetes Toroni are located by the sea, in the Toroni beach of Chalkidiki. You need just one minute on foot in order to arrive in the crystal-clear and award-winning with the blue flag, for many years in the row, Toroni beach. The amazing turquoise waters of the Toroni beach are the cleanest not only in Greece but also worldwide.
The maisonettes are luxurious, autonomous, with view of the sea, double-sided, soundproof, with easy parking, a 50 m2 private garden, garden furniture, balconies and private barbeque grill. They are situated in a complex by the sea, 30 meters away from the amazing Torone beach. Each maisonette constitutes of 2 levels, the ground floor and the 85 m2 first floor. The ground floor is 50 m2 and includes the living room, kitchen, dining room, wc, fire place, internal staircase that allows you the access in the first floor and the 50 m2garden which is for private use in every maisonette. The first floor is 35 m2 and two rooms are included (bedroom and children’s room), one bathroom, the end of the internal staircase and two spacious balconies (front-back).
